Construction Features:

No flat top printing surfaces visible in the internal chamber, ensuring airtightness.
Constructed from two symmetrical halves to avoid internal overhangs.
Adjustable sliding parts for maximum loudness.

Printing Recommendations:

Print the two mirror symmetric halves, the channel and the blade.
Use full support for the channel and outer support for the blade.
Utilize a short piece of 3mm diameter filament to lock the two halves together and apply glue to seal the seam.
Take care not to get glue on the outside surface.

After assembly, file the parts and enjoy the sounds of your whistle.
