Openbeam Double Beam Mounting Plate

Model Description: This 3D model is a mounting plate for the Openbeam double beam, designed for use with a rail system.

Usage: The model is used for mounting and securing rail systems on devices such as the BotBQ. It is compatible with V-wheels and rails from Propsfactory.

Construction Features: The plate is designed for a 15mm size for Openbeam. It includes holes for 624zz bearings and fasteners like screws and nuts.

Printing Recommendations: It is advisable to print the V-wheels first and insert the bearings while they are still warm. For printing the mounting plate, it is recommended to run a 3mm drill bit through the M3 holes and a 4mm drill bit through the M4 holes to avoid tight fits.

Assembly Instructions:

• Install two M3x6 screws through the bottom of the plate, adding washers on both sides.
• Insert four M3x8 screws into the upright holes, also adding washers.
• Insert four M4 screws into the outer holes, adding one washer before and six after. Place the V-wheel with the bearing and add another washer before tightening the lock nut.
• Carefully connect the Openbeam lengths to the plate and secure all screws.
