Model Description: A fan duct designed for the Hexagon hotend, aimed at enhancing cooling efficiency and simplifying maintenance.
Usage: Designed for 3D printers with Hexagon hotends, it effectively cools the nozzle while allowing wire exit without obstruction.
Construction Features: The duct features a low profile and a 90-degree cutout at the front for convenient wire placement. It also has separate air outlets directed downwards and sideways for improved cooling performance.
Printing Recommendations: The duct prints easily without supports; however, the printer must be capable of bridging. Recommended settings include a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.3 mm layer height, 2 perimeters, and 25% infill. The bracket should be printed upside down. Parameters can be adjusted in the SCAD file.
