DrawingBot is an open hardware version of the well-known AxiDraw plotter. It is capable of writing and drawing on almost any flat surface.

Usage: DrawingBot can be utilized for creating drawings, writing text, and executing various artistic projects using pens, markers, and other writing instruments.

Construction Features: Its unique design features a writing head that extends beyond the machine, allowing it to draw on objects larger than the machine itself. The print size is X 334.5 mm, Y 230 mm.

Printing Recommendations: For assembly, you will need the following components: 2x Nema 17, 2x M8 linear rods of 450 mm and 350 mm, 1x M8x470 mm threaded rod, 8x LM8UU bearings, 1x SG90 servo, 2x end stops, 2x 16-tooth GT2 pulleys, and 1x 2000 mm GT2 belt. It is recommended to use an Arduino Uno with a CNC Shield for control.
