Model: This is an almost fully printable open source helicopter compatible with any trex-450 rotor heads.
Purpose: Designed for remote-controlled flight and modeling.
Construction Features:
- Includes a fully printable DFC rotor head that requires testing.
- Uses direct drive fixed pitch tail rotor to reduce mechanical complexity.
- Requires various aluminum pipes and bearings for assembly.
Printing Recommendations: It is advisable to print parts in PLA, except for the motor frame which should be printed in ABS to prevent melting. Assembly requires M3 and M4 hardware, as well as parts from other models.
Safety Notice: THIS IS NOT A TOY! Exercise caution while flying, and avoid flying over people and objects.
