This 3D model is an enclosure for an air quality sensor designed for use in Birmingham. It is intended for integration with a Raspberry Pi W Zero and Trinket, featuring a custom 'Hat' for connecting all sensors.

Key features:

  • Space in the base for batteries and other essential components.
  • Mounting holes for attaching to a bracket.
  • Requires approximately 0.313 kg of plastic to print a complete set of parts.

Printing recommendations:

  • It is advisable to paint surfaces exposed to sunlight with white paint to prevent plastic degradation.
  • Testing has been conducted using ESUN white PETG filament.

Two new louvers are available for use with the Honeywell HPMA115S0 Dust Particulate Laser Interferometer. The current design includes components: Base_Pycom.v2, Louver_top.v2, Louver_HPMA.v2, and Louver_L4.v3. The control system and hardware are still under development.
