Hobby Horse, paint roller, or scrub brush 
Just Cut a 3/4 PVC Pipe from any hardware store your needed length and
glue with the PVC glue from the lawn sprinkler department at a hardware store and glue adapter
either Male or Female for extending any utility treaded tools
Recommend PETG 70% infill, .4mm extruder, K1c or any 3D printer.

Plastics take special glue. Regular superglue will likely not work. PVC adhesive from Hardware or HD or Use 3D Gloop or 3D Glue
