Model Description: Front cap designed for the MTO 1000/1100mm lens series, fully compatible with MTO-1000A and MTO-1000AM, and possibly MTO-11CA.
Usage: Protects the lens from dust and damage.
Construction Features: Available in versions with 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm gaps. It is recommended to use the 0.1 mm gap version when printing at a resolution of 0.12 mm, or the 0.2 mm gap for resolutions of 0.2 mm and coarser. The 0.2 mm gap version can also be printed at 0.12 mm resolution if cooling fans are disabled for one layer in your slicer.
Printing Recommendations: Additional work is needed to separate the button spring from the cap body to ensure smooth movement. A common thin metal ruler and a 0.4 mm guitar pick are recommended for this task.
