This latch extension (Figure 2) fits the 2021 Mercedes Sprinter Van and possibly a few other years. It fits into the clasp/latch holes in the dash hatch and keeps the hatch open enough to allow cords and airflow through, but closed enough to not be distracting, while still allowing it to be opened using the standard release button. We recommend printing in PETG, but PLA+ (Pro) or other high-strength PLA should last quite a long time. For maximum strength, print with more walls and thick infill. NOTE. This is a precise fit until the clamp holes click into place. Due to possible differences in printer calibration, if it doesn't slide or "click" into place with light pressure and then slide out, try upsizing or downsizing a little (probably about 1%) when you cut it to print.
