QUAD LOCK Phone Mount for Mazda MX5

Model: QUAD LOCK phone mount designed specifically for Mazda MX5 vehicles.

Purpose: This mount is intended for securely holding your phone in the car, providing easy access and charging via MAGHEAD Wireless Charger.

Construction: The model features a unique QUAD LOCK mounting system and requires a countersunk screw for installation. An M5 x 0.8 mm nut is also needed.

Printing Recommendations:

• Orientation: Print on its side.
• Supports: Use tree supports with a 48% overhang angle.
• Layer height: 0.2 mm.
• Nozzle size: 0.4 mm.
• Wall count: 5.
• Top layers: 7.
• Bottom layers: 6.
• Ensure sufficient vertical shell thickness.
• Infill: 25% using gyroid fill.
• Wall generator: Classic, as walls are thick enough for strength.

Additional measures have been taken to increase the strength of walls and top/bottom layers to prevent the ball section from breaking.
