Description: This model is a modular 4-channel DC distribution box designed for powering external cooling fans for 3D printers, preventing overheating during continuous printing.

Usage: It connects cooling fans to the X and Y axes of 3D printers like the Ender 3 V3.

Construction Features:

  • Input: DC 5V - 30V via banana jacks.
  • 4 independent channels with an On/Off switch and LED status indicator.
  • Two versions: Protected (with auto-resetting fuse) and Non-Protected (for higher current needs).

Printing Recommendations:

  • Material: PETG is highly recommended for heat resistance.
  • Nozzle/Bed Temperature: 235°C / 70°C.
  • Infill: 30%.
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a smooth finish.

Important Tip: When using this box to power cooling fans, install a wind guard to prevent airflow from hitting the heated print bed, minimizing warping and ensuring good adhesion.

Required Components:

  • 4 On/Off toggle switches.
  • 4 LED diodes (3mm or 5mm recommended).
  • 4 resistors (6.2k Ohm).
  • 5 pairs of banana jacks (Red/Black).
