This 3D model is based on the FJ40 grill, which is a very recognizable feature. Using proportions from a drawing, the object was created using OpenSCAD.

Instructions:

Note that the model requires some cleanup for proper printing.
The second file (with suffix "_2") is scaled down to 1/4 and measures 183.75 x 37.5 mm, with grating texture of 0.5 mm wide and 0.5 mm high.
The third file is scaled down to 35% and rotated 45 degrees to fit diagonally on the print bed; its dimensions are 257.25 x 52.5 mm, with the smallest part at 0.7 mm.
