This 3D model of a commercial building features a brick and stone foundation with customizable wall configurations. It is printed in PLA and adheres well using Klean-Strip Lacquer Thinner. Conduct a small test to ensure its bonding strength. For heavier constructions, use Testors 'CEMENT FOR PLASTIC MODELS'.
For painting, I recommend Windsor and Newton Griffin Fast Drying Oils, which dry overnight and maintain fine details. Oil paints offer rich color saturation and permanence. Thinning with mineral spirits allows for exceptional weathering effects.
Each model is based on real-world measurements, enabling easy interchangeability with other structures. Import .stl files into any CAD software, including TinkerCAD, to create new designs for 3D printing. For custom model requests, contact me at garylavart@yahoo.com.
