This is the ring worn by Walt Disney on his right hand. He and his wife purchased a pair of Claddagh rings during a trip to Ireland. This ring was one of only two pieces of jewelry he wore, the other being his wedding ring. The traditional Irish Claddagh ring symbolizes love, loyalty, and friendship. Walt wore his ring with the heart pointing outward, indicating his heart was available, which amused Lillian, though she knew he meant no disrespect.
