This printhead is based on Kirill Plasma's project here. The main goal of the project is to enhance the accuracy of the feeding mechanism.
Features:
- Compatible with Ender 3 NEO and other Ender models, requires a carriage similar to Ender 3 CR-Touch.
- Updated dimensions and features for HGX Lite installation.
- Added a mount for CR Touch (modular design for various sensors).
- Changed the length of the PTFE tube between the heatsink and feeder.
- Extended cable mounting bar to prevent wire friction.
Required Materials:
- 12 M3*5 heat-set inserts.
- 1 E3D V6/Volcano hotend with heatsink.
- 1 40x40x10(20) cooling fan.
- 1 NEMA14 36mm + HGX-Lite with screws.
- 1 5015 blower fan for part cooling.
- Various M3 screws for assembly.
Make sure to calibrate the extruder after installation!
