This model is a compact Bluetooth speaker box designed in Fusion360 and crafted from hardwood using CNC machining. It combines woodworking, CNC techniques, and electronics for an engaging learning experience.
- Closed Box Design: Enhances bass response for small speakers.
- Rabbet Joints: Ensure airtight fit and resonance integrity.
- One-Sided CNC Workflow: Simplifies machining and avoids alignment issues.
- Engraved Slogan: "Choose Joy, Bring Music". You can customize it with your own slogan or logo.
Components:
- AIYIMA 2-inch full-range speakers (2 pcs)
- 90mm passive radiators (2 pcs)
- ZK-502MT Bluetooth amplifier board (50W × 2)
- DC 5.5 × 2.1mm jack panel mount
- Hardwood enclosure finished with Minwax Polyshade (stain + polyurethane)
