This cup cutter is designed for repeatedly cutting 1000-gram yogurt cups, producing a bowl with a straight edge.
Required components:
- M4x16 / M4x20 screw and nut to fix the bell bracket at the desired height.
- 9mm replacement blade secured with an M3 screw.
If adjustments are needed, an OpenSCAD script is included for modifications. Initial long-term tests led to further improvements in the model, enhancing its robustness and changing the screw connection to the base.
Instructions:
- Place the cup onto the blade with a slight twist.
- Keep fingers behind the cutting edge while rotating/pulling the cup.
- Apply minimal downward pressure to avoid a wavy edge.
