Bosch GTS 10 J Fence Slider Upgrade

Project Description: Replacement sliders for the Bosch GTS 10 J table saw fence, including bearing spacers for an additional rear support wheel. This design enhances the stability and smoothness of the fence, making adjustments easier and more precise.

Compatibility: Inspired by SaurOn’s original design, modified specifically for Bosch GTS 10 J.

🛠 Printing & Assembly

• Sliders: Print one of each slider piece.
• Rear Wheel Addition: Drill an M6 hole in the plastic body of the fence.
• Pin: A push-fit pin is included due to insufficient clearance for a standard M6 nut and bolt.

⚙️ Hardware Requirements

• Bearing: 687-2RS Deep Groove Ball Bearings (Z2, 7mm × 14mm × 5mm, double sealed).
• Replacement M3 10mm screws for wedge spacer installation.

🖨 Print Notes

Tested on Bambu X1 Carbon — parts fit perfectly with no sanding required. Minor adjustments may be needed based on your printer tolerances. Clean and wax both rails for smoother sliding.

Note: The rear plastic molding should come apart easily once the top screw and large taper pin are removed. This model is an independently created accessory, not an original product of Robert Bosch GmbH. Use at your own risk.
