These adapters are designed for installing 165mm speakers in the doors of the Toyota MR2. They are designed to be as tall as possible to accommodate relatively large speaker cabinets behind the original door panels without changing the original appearance of the door.

You will need to cut the plastic brackets around the speaker on the back of the door panels to fit these adapters. No metalworking required!

There are left and right versions, marked L and R on the rear mounting hole. The kit also includes mounting clips in case the old ones get damaged.

Since these components are used in a car, heat-resistant material is recommended.
