I designed this model from scratch, carefully measuring and modeling all parts. Printing several iterations led to a satisfactory result.
Printing Instructions:
- Print both pieces; the bottom may require support in the screw holes.
- Use 4 #4 x 1/4" stainless steel flat head screws.
- You can replace these with M3x8mm flat head screws for sheet metal or wood.
- Reuse the M2 screw from the standard key fob in the key shank.
