The Toleranz-Ring-Assistent model enables quick creation of tolerance rings for 16mm grinding discs.
Input the desired dimensions while considering the nozzle width of your 3D printer. For instance, a 0.4mm nozzle prints 0.2mm wider, resulting in a 0.4mm increase in diameter.
You will need the free software OpenScad, which also generates STL files for printing. Download OpenScad.
Detailed printing settings and instructions are provided.
