Simulator Landing Gear Handle Model

A versatile landing gear handle designed for simulator builders.

Features:

• Practical open design.
• Compatible with 2 microswitches (2mm holes, 6.5mm center-to-center).
• Long slots for various microswitch lever models.
• Two installation options: vertical (activation only when locked) or horizontal (activates upon lever movement).

Contents: Assembly file provided with correct orientation for printing. Print 1 of each part except for 4 large collars and 8 small collars for centering the microswitches.

Additional Materials Required:

• 2 small microswitches with ~15mm lever arms.
• 4 M4x25 screws + nuts for the body.
• 2 M4x40 screws to secure the springs.
• 4 M2 screws + nuts for the microswitches.
• 2 extension springs (diameter: 5-6mm, length: 12-15mm).

For smoother lever travel, a 1mm felt strip can be added inside. The handle can be mounted on 3-8mm plywood with a rectangular hole for the lever and drilled 4mm holes.
