The cup holder is designed to fit into the existing center console cup holder of the 2nd generation Toyota Tacoma (2005-2015), and may fit newer versions, though untested. The standard cup holder is often too small for most cups. Originally designed for the Yeti cup, it accommodates various other cups as well. A rear cutout allows for cups with handles, angled for easy access from the side.

This cup holder fits most average fast food cups and soda cans, although many larger cups will not fit. However, the Tacoma's front cupholders can handle larger cups comfortably. I marked the front and back sides of the Tacoma's cup holder to help align it with the console tilt, ensuring the indexing tabs face straight forward and backward. The tapered design provides a snug fit, locking the cup holder in place when fully pressed down.

Note that the cup holder may appear angled in photos, but it actually holds the cup vertically, just like the original Tacoma cup holder.
