Model: Building Under Construction in 1:87 (HO) scale.

Description: This model features a robust steel beam structure representing a building in progress. The roof support structure includes built-in brim buttons to prevent lifting, eliminating the need for external brims.

Features:

Easy to disassemble for painting.
Includes bricks and corrugated roofing for added realism.
Creates an interesting industrial look for your layout.

Assembly Tips: Use the concrete base as a template for the roof support legs. Do not glue the legs to the base. For adhesion, I recommend using Klean-Strip lacquer thinner. For heavier construction, Testors plastic model cement works best.

Painting: I suggest using Windsor and Newton Griffin oil paints for vibrant colors and durability. The models are designed based on real-world dimensions, allowing for easy integration with other structures.
