Mini Boxer - Mechanical Gear Toy

The Mini Boxer is a compact mechanical toy that simulates boxing without the fatigue. It is easy to assemble and can be printed using PLA or PETG materials.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Step One: Place the bottom plate with the hanger on the left. Set the large gear with the handle in the rightmost slot, the small gear in the middle, and the second large gear in the left slot.
2. Step Two: Position the top cover over the gears, ensuring the sliding hole aligns with the handle.
3. Step Three: Glue the chain to the boxing bag and the other end to the hanger.
4. Step Four: Slide the boxer onto the gear, making sure the handle is centered in the slider.

Tips:

Only glue the chain to the bag and hanger. If the boxer is too loose, you can apply glue for a tighter fit.

Troubleshooting:

If parts do not snap together, use hot glue for loose connections. For tight fits, consider reprinting with a larger offset.
