This is a remix of the Q-Pack Proton Pack Baffle, designed for part printing without bolts, making it ideal for FDM printing.
Parts Required:
- 10 Middle Parts - print at 0.1mm without supports
- 11 Spacers - print at 0.16mm without supports
- 1 Core - with a center hole on top, no supports
- 1 Bottom - print at 0.1mm without supports
- 1 Top - print at 0.1mm with manual supports only on the bridge part at the bottom
After printing, glue the Core to the Top piece, then sequentially slide on the Spacers and Middle Parts, starting and ending with a Spacer. Once all are in place, glue the Bottom part.
