Description: Model for replacing the broken thread of the ZEP Professional sprayer.

Installation Instructions:

Print the thread inserts (left and right) along with the cover.
Remove the remnants of the broken part by carefully cutting it off.
Install the cover with the slot openings facing the thread inserts.
Next, install the thread insert covers, ensuring the seams meet on the lock plates.
Slide the cover over the inserts, it should fit securely.

If the cover loosens, glue can be used. Pay attention to the diameter and thickness of the slot for a proper fit. If the diameter exceeds 22-23 mm, please inform us.
