This is a print-in-place bearing model. Key specifications include:

  • Inner Diameter: 16 mm
  • Outer Diameter: 50 mm
  • Width: 12 mm

The model features an outer ring, inner ring, cage, and eight W-profiled rollers. Unlike most print-in-place bearings available online, this model offers low radial and axial play. There are two versions available with tolerances of 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm.

Important: Ensure your printer is well-calibrated. It is advisable to print a tolerance test before the main print. After printing, follow these steps:

  1. Squeeze the bearing several times (see photo).
  2. Press each roller with a metal stick from the front and back of the bearing (see photo).
  3. Attempt to turn the bearing. It may be difficult at first, but it should become easier with each rotation.

Make sure that all eight rollers are rotating when the bearing is turned. If not, please repeat steps 1 and 2.
