Floor Tile Model for 1:12 Dollhouse Scale

This tile model is designed for 1:12 scale dollhouses and is the first in a series of designs. It includes 1"x1", 2"x2", and 4"x4" versions.

The model is quick to print and will simplify the creation of tiled floors significantly. PLA is recommended for printing, and Klean-Strip lacquer thinner serves as an excellent adhesive, leaving a clean finish. For heavier constructions, use Testors Cement for Plastic Models.

I use Windsor and Newton Griffin Fast Drying Oils for painting models, as they preserve detail and provide excellent color saturation. All models are based on real-world measurements, allowing easy integration with other structures. You can import the .STL file into any CAD program, including TinkerCAD, to create new designs.
