Peg-in-Cube Puzzle

Description: This puzzle consists of a perforated cube and 42 pegs of varying lengths. The cube contains 125 internal volumetric units that can be blocked by pegs of lengths 2, 3, or 4. There are 14 pegs of each length, totaling 126 volumetric units, making it impossible to insert all pegs into the cube; one peg of length 2 will remain in the best case.

Game Modes:

• Two-Player Game: Each player receives half of the pegs of each length and takes turns inserting them into the cube. The game ends when neither player can fully insert any remaining pegs. The leftover pegs' lengths determine the penalty points.
• Solitaire Game: Set aside one peg of length 2, then attempt to insert the remaining 41 pegs into the cube.

Pegs can be printed in different colors for clarity or in the same color to increase difficulty. This puzzle enhances strategic thinking, similar to games like Connect Four and Nine Men's Morris but in three dimensions.
