Flashforge AD5X Enclosure Model for 3D Printing

The Flashforge AD5X Enclosure model is designed for 3D printing using a standard glass set. The primary material is PETG (approximately 895g). To facilitate support removal, PLA interface layers are used. All settings are predefined in the .3mf file.

Recommendations:

• Use a contrasting PETG color for accents.
• Source files for decorative inserts are provided in various formats.
• Soft plastic sheets up to 1mm thick can be used for inserts.

Insert dimensions: width 37.5 +/- 1 mm, height 370 +/- 1 mm or 625 +/- 1 mm. Ensure the plastic used can withstand high temperatures. All parts are labeled using the (XX YY ZZ) system, where XX indicates position, YY indicates orientation, and ZZ indicates level.

Components:

• ST2.9 (2.9mm x 20–22mm) – 24 pcs for H3/H4/lid frame.
• M4 x 8mm – 8 pcs for top screws.
• M3 x 16mm – 3 pcs for display mount.
