This model enables the conversion of your Polaroid pack film camera to 4x5 format using custom film holders.

Requirements:

  • 127mm lens from Polaroid 110, 110A, or 110B cameras.
  • Custom 4x5 film holders.
  • Zeiss Ikon rangefinder from models 250, 350, 360, and 450 for rangefinder functionality.

This is a destructive conversion best performed on cameras with a metal body. The process includes the following steps:

  1. Remove the hinge assembly from the back doors by drilling out the 4 rivets.
  2. Unscrew the 4 screws holding the bellows to the lens body.
  3. Detach the lens body by removing the bolt and screw.
  4. Disassemble the lens body by unscrewing 3 screws and splitting it.
  5. Remove the shutter assembly by unscrewing 4 screws.
  6. Enlarge the rear hole by approximately 6mm.
  7. Drill 2 small holes in the lens spacer.
  8. Mount the lens in the rear half of the lens body and reassemble.
  9. Test the rangefinder at infinity and adjust if necessary.

Utilize the 3D printed custom film holders to complete the conversion.
