These overlays for HEMA masks provide additional protection and style, and can also serve as helmet simulators for practicing techniques against armor.
- Material: TPU 95A for optimal durability.
- Wall thickness: at least 1.5 mm, with the option to increase for added sturdiness.
- Options: Basic helmet with or without ventilation, 4 types of pre-made visors, plus one customizable visor.
- Visor attachment: snaps onto pegs on the sides and chin ridge, can open and close.
- Neck protectors: 3 types that hook into the back of the mask and secure with cord.
Remember to scale the parts to fit your mask. If the overlay does not fit after scaling, consider making cuts on the sides for a snug fit. Note that the overlay will increase warmth and may make breathing more difficult.
