This model is designed to replace the broken cam gear on Singer 700 series sewing machines. It is recommended to print using strong PLA (such as Polymax) or PA12 with the following settings:

Layer height: 0.2 mm
Nozzle size: 0.4 mm
No supports required

After printing, install the part and fill the gap with epoxy resin to securely bond the gear to the axle. The model is designed in Solidworks, and the file is included for modifications if needed.
