When the Dodge Challenger Hellcat was first introduced, one of the coolest parts was the hollow headlight on the driver's side, which blows cool air directly into the airbox. Reading some forums, I learned that all 2015+ Challengers use the same headlight assembly, but use a plastic cap in the lower bars instead of leaving the headlight exposed. I removed the fork from my car, took the dimensions and designed my own replacement version. I've uploaded a few files that may be more or less useful depending on the printer you're using. 1) simple ring with clips to check fit 2) full factory part replacement that can be printed to match your car's paint color or mixed with your own cutout 3) stylized "M" 4) stylized "M" with mesh background for anyone worried about bugs or debris 5) one-piece top and bottom pieces for easier printing on certain machines 6) top and bottom "M" parts to make it easier to print on certain machines Please be aware that engines get hot when selecting material and vehicles are subject to varying weather conditions! I was able to use ABS plastic and was pleased that it fit snugly into the headlight intake.
