Cookie Recipe Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut using the cookie cutter. Place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8–12 minutes. Let cool before decorating.
