Introducing a powerful portable power source with 65W output and approximately 200 Wh capacity, built using modern LiFePO₄ 33140x4 15Ah cells. This guide is intended for those experienced in assembling similar devices.

Key Features:

  • Weight: 1.5 kg.
  • Battery life: 2.5-3 hours for a 65W tablet.
  • Safe lithium iron phosphate batteries.

For assembly, you'll need M4 brass inserts, M4 and M2.5 screws, thermal conductive tape, and insulating paper for the batteries. Use 20 AWG and 14 AWG wires, along with an XT30 connector.

Assemble the batteries into two 33140 holders and connect them in series. Solder balancing wires to the BMS board, ensuring it is securely attached. Follow proper insulation procedures for all connections.

After assembly, check the device. If everything works correctly, congratulations on your successful build!
