Model Description: A parametric remix of the Entropy Block designed in SolidWorks.
These files are essential for understanding the milling process, as STEP files only show the final result. This project includes all the necessary steps:
- Stock dimensions: 100x60x15 mm (edit if different sizes are needed)
- Milling to a thickness of 11.5 mm
- Drilling all holes in the stock
- Chamfering all 6 mm holes
- Clamping the workpiece using drilled holes
- Milling one side
- Flipping the workpiece and milling the other side
A 2.5-axis milling machine may be sufficient for this design.
