Model Description: The Toroidal Propeller Launcher is an easy-to-assemble device designed to launch propellers to great heights and distances, utilizing a unique two-gear system.
Printing: All parts can be printed without supports. It is recommended to use PETG or ABS filaments. PLA is also compatible but may break under excessive force.
- The printed parts shown in the image were made using PETG and ABS.
- Settings: 30% infill, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height.
Assembly Instructions:
- Insert long_axle.STL into handle.STL and small_gear.STL, ensuring the axle direction is correct.
- Attach gear_cover_bottom.STL to the handle.
- Place large_gear.STL onto the axle.
- Insert short_axle.STL into gear_cover_top.STL and small_gear.STL.
- Join the two assembled parts.
- Secure axle_clip.STL in three positions on the shaft.
- Attach the propeller and pull the rod strongly. Enjoy the fun!
