This closed enclosure is designed for the PC-83 3-inch speaker, with an internal volume of 1.4 liters, as recommended for closed systems. It is intended for use in a 2.1 audio setup with an additional subwoofer.

Components Required:

  • 8 x M4 x 16 Allen screws
  • 8 x M4 washers
  • 8 x M4 stop nuts
  • 16 x M4 x 14 screws for side covers
  • 16 x M4 heat set inserts
  • 4 x M3 x 12 screws for terminals
  • 4 x M3 stop nuts
  • 2 x anti-slip rubber feet

Printing Tips: Use 3 top and bottom layers with 15% infill for strength. The side covers and logos are printed on textured PEI plates, and I used silk PLA for the ring and logo. Print times are approximately 3h10min for two side covers and 5h20min for one main frame. Be cautious of warping when printing both side covers simultaneously.
