KerfMaker XL is an enlarged version of the original KerfMaker, designed for creating larger dadoes. It's perfect for half lap picture frames and other projects with horizontal tenons.
Parts to Print:
Required Hardware:
Assembly: Glue nuts into each Thumbwheel (epoxy is preferred). Insert the thumbwheel into the center of the Top with the nut facing up. Slide one bolt into the small hole in the Middle. Join the Top and Middle, ensuring the nut captures the bolt. Tighten gently. Repeat for Bottom and Top/Middle assembly, pressing the bolt down if needed. Optionally, insert the pin into the hole in the Top. I prefer to avoid this for easier disassembly. Glue a magnet flush into the slot at the end of the Bottom to hold the blade during initial setup.
