Geometry: Consistent with the profile of the teeth and the seat on the shaft. Format: STL (ready to last). Recommendations for using a 3D friend: The towbar mechanism produces a very high torque, so the choice of material is critical: Material: Only engineering plastics! Nylon (Nylon), PA6-CF/GF (nylon with carbon fiber or glass fiber) or POM. Either PLA or PETG will not show any wear and tear and will lead to sudden failure. Protection: 100% (Solid). Walls (Perimeters): Maximum strength to ensure uniformity of teeth. Ball height: 0.1 – 0.12 mm for perfect sealing. Pleased with the installation: Before installing new gears, carefully disassemble and carefully lubricate the turning mechanism of the tow bar itself. As soon as it turns sour, the new gear breaks again. Use a synthetic oil that won't corrode the plastic.
