Claratech AQM9 Air Quality Monitor Enclosure

Overview: This is the official 3D-printable enclosure for the Claratech AQM9 Air Quality Monitor, designed to securely house sensors and electronics while ensuring proper airflow for accurate readings.

Included Files:

• AQM9-R1-250818 - body.stl: The main housing for mounting PCB and sensors.
• AQM9-R1-250818 - lid.stl: A snap-on cover to seal the device.
• AQM9-R1-250818 - buttoncap.stl: A tactile button cap for user interaction.
• AQM9-R1-250818 - diffusion plate.stl: Designed for printing in light gray to diffuse LED lights effectively.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PLA is recommended.
• Resolution: 0.2mm layer height for optimal quality.
• Infill: 15% - 20% (Grid or Gyroid).
• Supports: No supports needed for lid and diffusion plate.

Assembly Instructions: Mount electronics and sensors inside the main body. Fit the button cap before securing the PCB. Snap or glue the diffusion plate in front of the LEDs and close the assembly with the lid.
