This case is designed for the PiBot CNC Pendant. The updated version features a cover for the Bluetooth module, allowing easy installation and removal without disassembling the case.
Components:
- 1x Case Top
- 1x Bottom Case
- 1x Battery Lid
- 1x BT Lid
- 1x Joined Spacer
- 1x Knob 1
- 1x Knob 2
- 3x Buttons
- 4x M3 Socket Cap Screws (25mm long)
Bottom Case Details:
For the "Bottom Nuts," you will need 4 M3 nuts. For the "Bottom Threads," you will need 4 M3 threaded inserts (5mm OD, 6mm long).
Assembly:
1. Add buttons to the "Case Top" from the inside.
2. Place the circuit board with the screen on the "Case Top" and insert the power switch through its hole.
3. Secure the circuit board with screws.
4. Lay the case down, place the joined spacers over the screws, ensuring they do not interfere with any board components.
5. Position the second board over the circuit board and thread wires through its hole.
6. Position the dial and secure it with a nut on the top screws.
7. Make sure no wires are pinched and attach the bottom case.
