Repairing Window Regulators for Jeep and Dodge

This kit is designed for repairing plastic window regulators used in Jeep, Dodge, and other similar models from 1998-2004.

Instructions:

• You will need a cotter pin for installation.
• Use a Dremel or similar tool to remove the metal tabs when taking off the plastic piece the cables attach to.
• Ensure the cotter pin goes through the block sufficiently for the ends to separate while still making contact with the metal.

Recommended materials:

• DO NOT USE: ABS, PLA, PETG, PET+, or similar materials.
• Recommended: PCMAX, Taulman 910, Taulman 645.

The version printed in PCMAX has lasted about a year without breaking. Other versions on Shapeways have shown excellent results. They are much cheaper than replacing the regulator and last significantly longer. I am working on improving the Shapeways design to simplify the repair process.
