The Kawasaki Ninja 650 Quadlock Handlebar Adapter is designed for mounting the Quadlock Stem Mount Pro on the 2010 model. It is compatible with OEM part #46012-0059 and fits the following models:
- 2009 Kawasaki ER-6n (ER650-C9F)
- 2010 Kawasaki ER-6n (ER650-CAF)
- 2011 Kawasaki ER-6n (ER650-CBF)
- 2009–2016 Kawasaki Ninja 650R / Ninja 650 (EX650)
Key versions of the adapter:
- V1: Centered mount with basic chamfer.
- V2: Thicker plate with offset Quadlock mount.
- V3: Increased height and offset for ignition key clearance.
- V4: Full plate designed to fit OEM handlebar bracket.
- V5: Enhanced strength and height for the Quadlock mount.
Uses 8mm-1.25 x 40mm bolts with washers for secure installation. Printed in Silk PLA with 100% infill for maximum durability.
