Model: Firebat F1 – a custom mini PC case.
Material: PETG-CF10
Construction Details:
- The base of the enclosure utilizes the original Firebat F1 case.
- Heat-set threaded inserts from the stock case were reused.
- A fine dust mesh is installed behind the ventilation openings.
Cooling:
- Fan: 80 × 10 mm
- Voltage: 12 V
- Power source: USB port
- Rubber rings placed under the fan enhance airflow and increase clearance.
Notes: This is my first attempt at designing something more complex than a simple pencil holder. The design will be refined further, as there are several areas for improvement.
