This 3D model features a strain relief for the HDZero Battery Case, designed to minimize stress on the DC power cable. It enhances the cable's lifespan, preventing failures where it exits the case.

Printing Instructions:

Material: TPU
Print Orientation: Vertical
Print Time: Approximately 15 minutes

Use VHB tape for adhesion and trim excess around the perimeter. Optionally, secure the strain relief with a zip tie. An upgraded cable will be available in the future for self-installation to address the root issue. A STEP CAD file is provided for those interested in modifying the design.
