The PhL Industries Cab WiFi Throttle is modeled after the hand controller used in Milan's trams, which were first built in 1928 and remain in operation today.
Designed by Philippe Latry from Bordeaux, France, this throttle utilizes CAD to incorporate basic mechanisms from the HandCab. It runs on software developed by Peter Akers, the creator of EngineDriver.
