Frame Plugs: Prevent dirt and corrosion from getting inside the frame tubes. 3. ABS Sensor / Potentiometer Protection: Small but important covers for the electronics. File format: STL (high precision, optimized for printing without or with a minimum of support). 3D Printing Recommendations: Motorcycle parts are subject to strong vibrations, oil and temperature changes: Material: For hard parts (headlight protection) - ASA or nylon (PA). TPU (flex) is ideal for frame end caps - it is elastic, fits tightly and does not fly out due to vibrations. Do not use PLA. Filling: For headlight protection - 40%, for frame plugs - 100%. Post-processing: For ASA, an acetone bath is possible to add shine and additional strength to the layers.
